Collins
What a player, hardly any match fitness and comes in and does a great job!

Re: Collins
Shame that age is catching up with him. Utterly committed and a true pro.

Re: Collins
Very underated

A good centre back, and what he doesnt posess in technical ability he makes up for in desire and passion

Should be ahead of Fonte in the pecking order

Should be kept next season

Re: Collins
Collins is definitely worth hanging on to unless he wants a move. He lacks pace and class but he never lets WH down and never moans.

Perfect back-up 3rd best choice behind Reid and Ogbonna. I accept he is probably seen by the club as 4th choice behind Fonte but only because he was bought for £8m at his age which is ridiculous imho.

Re: Collins
Collins is our second-best CB, so unless we buy three better ones, he should stay

Great game he had and nice to see a him get a few games before the end of season but needs to be let go in the summer

Re: Collins
We got Collins and Gabbidon at the same time didn't we and Gabbidon was supposed to be the better CB, well where's Gabbidon now then?

You think Slav had the last say on how much Fonte earns? You know this is 2017, 1995, right? The manager identifies targets, somebody else is responsible for the negotiations!

Re: Collins
He's better than fonte who is not only a complete and utter waste of money, but has also pissed off Winston because he gets paid more.

Well done slaven

Re: Collins
Wanstead - from what I saw Reece looked lost but then again so did the rest of Reading's defence.

Re: Collins
Reece oxford was playing in a defence that shipped in 7. Interesting to see how he played

Re: Collins
He does produce the occasional outstanding effort, but lets not forget he does drop a clanger now and then as well..............he is also not getting any younger but hats off for his passion, decent back up for now but next season we really need to see the Reece,s break through or another CB come in as odds on Reid particularly will have time out injured as he does every season, hopefully Oggy comes back from his opp ok, he certainly doesn't seem as fragile when it comes to picking up injuries as Reid, so he may well be the mainstay.

Re: Collins
Says it all about the opposition that a lumbering slow workhorse like James Collins suddenly looks like a relevant premiership defender.
We beat a truly shit team today

Thank you Mr collins

Re: Collins
MOTM by miles, great servant for the club. Getting on a bit now which doesn't say much for the rest of the team that he stands out. Would play him in front of the crap Fonte any day.

Re: Collins
If he hadn't been sold to Villa he would be considered a club legend.

Re: Collins
Ginger needs to do his coaching badges and come back as assistant manager. By the way, David Wagner's pre-season survival training for Huddersfield players is a strategy we might employ for our motley crew. Some of them seem to be meeting each other for the first time. Don't get me started on Snodgrass.
